the Family Care Connection? Family Care Connection is a family support program located in communities around Pittsburgh. Each Family care Connection center is linked to a Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Primary Care Center. We work in partnership with community based programs, like the Rankin Christian center in each area. |

What We
Provide
Home visits are available by family Support Child Development workers and Home visiting Nurses. Home visits can be arranged to assist families with: Health Education for pregnant women |
