Summer Camp program is held for grades 1 -6, for 8 weeks mid-June to August. Camp will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Our theme for summer camp is Grow and Explore. Campers receive breakfast, lunch, and a snack daily.
We take weekly field trips on Fridays during camp. We will utilize Tickets for Kids to visit attractions such as the Carnegie Science Center & Sportsworks, Children's Museum, First Tee Golf Clinic, The Frick Clayton Mansion, Fort Ligonier and Carnegie Museum of Natural History & Art. We will also go swimming at a local pool.
We offer a wide variety of holistic programming during camp, including STEAM, reading, physical activities, spirituality, and nutrition education. We partner with Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts to provide programming onsite. Swissvale Library provides programming in correlation with our STEM curriculum both onsite and at the library.
